Return and Exchange Policy for ACD Home
1. Returns and Refunds:
- Customers may request a return of purchased items within [7] days from the date of purchase.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service department and provide the necessary information.
- Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2. Exchange Policy:
- Customers may request an exchange for a different item within [30] days from the date of purchase.
- The exchanged item must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase.
- The exchanged item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- To initiate an exchange, customers must contact our customer service department and provide the necessary information.
- Once the exchanged item is received and inspected, the new item will be shipped to the customer.
- If the new item chosen for exchange is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to the customer.
- If the new item chosen for exchange is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.
3. Store Credit:
- In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative to refunds or exchanges.
- Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item and can be used towards future purchases at our store.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used partially or in full on subsequent purchases.
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Exceptions and Restrictions:
- Certain items may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable, such as custom-made or personalized products.
- Large furniture and bespoke private label items may have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. Customers are advised to contact our customer service department for more information.
- Linens and towels are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Items that are damaged or defective upon arrival will be handled separately in accordance with our warranty policy.
