Return and Exchange Policy for ACD Home

1. Returns and Refunds:

  1. Customers may request a return of purchased items within [7] days from the date of purchase.
  2. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service department and provide the necessary information.
  4. Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

  6. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Exchange Policy:

  1. Customers may request an exchange for a different item within [30] days from the date of purchase.
  2. The exchanged item must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase.
  3. The exchanged item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. To initiate an exchange, customers must contact our customer service department and provide the necessary information.
  5. Once the exchanged item is received and inspected, the new item will be shipped to the customer.
  6. If the new item chosen for exchange is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to the customer.
  7. If the new item chosen for exchange is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.

3. Store Credit:

  1. In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative to refunds or exchanges.
  2. Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item and can be used towards future purchases at our store.
  3. Store credit does not expire and can be used partially or in full on subsequent purchases.
  4. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Exceptions and Restrictions:

  1. Certain items may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable, such as custom-made or personalized products.
  2. Large furniture and bespoke private label items may have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. Customers are advised to contact our customer service department for more information.
  3. Linens and towels are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  4. Items that are damaged or defective upon arrival will be handled separately in accordance with our warranty policy.
